The Children’s Music School in Lida

The department employs 7 teachers and enrolls 67 students. Training is conducted in such specialities as flute, clarinet, saxophone, French horn, trombone, trumpet, baritone, tuba, bass guitar, percussion.

Great attention is paid to joint music-making disciples. In addition to the duet ensembles 2 bands have been formed from the pupils: a Junior Wind Instrument Ensemble and an Exemplary Brass Orchestra.

Andrey Tadeushevich Vassora directs both the ensembles. The orchestra performs at various town’s events, participates in competitions and festivals.
